"I thought this was going to be classical music. Who writes music for violins anymore?"
They left at intermission.

Good, but doesn't beat the people at the Miller who asked "Who is that guy wearing pajamas?"

"I thought this was going to be classical music. Who writes music for violins anymore?" They left at intermission. Are your sure they didn't say "Who writes music for violence anymore"? DISE (Delights In Stack's Eavesdropping)

Are your sure they didn't say "Who writes music for violence anymore"? Well on Thursday night, someone was reading the program notes for "The Dead Man" (featured on Saturday) and expressed concern that Lincoln Center was going to have a live S&M demonstration. Got a kick out of that. (said notes: [a href="http://www.lincolncenterfestival.org/images/assets/_169/Zornat60_ProgramNotes[16973].pdf"]http://www.lincolncenterfestival.org/images/assets/_169/Zornat60_ProgramNotes[16973].pdf[/a])
