Today in the post I got another Tamago. A whim bid on eBay resulted in me netting it for £6, perfect condition. I had actually forgotten I had bid, so result! Greetings all, newbie here. Just noticed this while browsing: Offering, I think that copy of "Tamago" came from me! If I recall correctly, £6 is what I got for it and August last year is when I sold it. Does anyone know if the really impossible to find stuff like "Hole" and "Psychorazer" is available to download anywhere? On the rare occasions they appear on ebay the prices are astronomical and, at least for me, completely unaffordable.

Welcome Jib! I have sent you a message. Not much happens round these parts, but hopefully you'll stick around.

Looking forward to checking this out - 9888a. Recorded in 1988 ( the late eighties material is among my favourite Merz eras ) and remixed in 2010.

They already sold out, only released 130 anyway. However, I think I may have sourced one. Still waiting to hear back.

Wow, I've just listened to one side of 9888a. Bloody fantastic. That and seeing Neubauten twice this weekend has turned this week into a total high.

I checked out disc one of Merzbient yesterday - absolutely brilliant. Really spacious and detailed ambience / electronic music. It is maybe unfair to use the word "ambient" as it conjurs up the wrong image - Merzbient is essentially Merzbow stripped down. Still bleak and mechanical, and a very interesting listen. I've only listened to disc one too!
Recommended. Possibly the most interesting thing he has put out since Anicca / drum period dropped.

Just picked up Fur Is Dead from ebay (for only $10). Have heard good things about it...
I have the Merzbient box set but have only played it once. It was great...but the damn thing LOOKS so good I don't want to touch it.

OK...F.I.D just arrived in the mail. Listened to the first disk. Second track is pretty choice, rest is....ok. Will keep ploughing through until I can get my teeth properly into it.
Also bought an actual copy of Venereology. Had a download of it for years, now I own a hard copy.
It is brilliant....of course.
