Hi everyone
I was wondering if anybody had any information on when tickets for the Masada Book shows that were taking place at St Anne's Warehouse in Brooklyn on Feb 28 and March 1 were going on sale. It seems like they should be on sale by now with only 3 weeks to go before the shows, but I have not been able to find any information. I was going to be flying in from Chicago to see the shows, so any information that any of you can provide would be greatly appreciated/
thanks in advance!

I've been in the same exact situation, coming down from Boston for the shows and I've been holding off on booking a hotel since they haven't been listed...
Maybe I should go to the Mar 1 / Mar 2 Philly shows instead, I bet the hotels are cheaper.

guys, the st ann shows ARE reserved seating, so if you want to be up close it wouldn't be a bad idea to get your tickets early. i just got mine..right up front for both shows

I also just got my tickets to the two shows in Brooklyn (1st and 2nd rows, center) and the show in Philadelphia (GA), the next night. I can't wait!!!! I wonder if anybody else on this board is going to all 3 shows. Should be an amazing 3 nights of music. Hopefully, it will be full of Book 2 material.

I'll be in AA107 if you want to come say hi in Brooklyn I thought about going to Philly also, but I decided against it for reasons of money/work... looks like a great show though!

AA110 here and I've got tickets to all three also. As far as I can tell, the Philly show is general admission and the physical ticket confirms this. I've never had the opportunity to see anything zorn-related, so I'm quite excited.

i don't know if it's been posted but there are 2 Philly shows. 2pm and 8pm.
the 2pm looks to be EM doing The Dreamers and Essential Cinema. 8pm is the Jamie Saft Trio, Eric Friedlander solo and Electric Masada (doing Masada material).
I went to a show in the room they are playing in a few weeks ago and it's pretty nice.

Hi again everyone
Tocoda, Thanks for the info on the Phlily shows!!, I had only bought tickets to the 2PM shows, I just bought tickets to the 8PM show as well.
sarahv and cretin, it looks like we are going to be sitting next to each other at the Brooklyn shows. My friend and I will be in seats AA 102-103 on Friday and BB 104-105 on Saturday.
Hopefully we will all get to meet at the show!!!
I only found this board a couple of weeks ago, and it is great to finally have some fellow Zorn fans to chat with.
Cheers!!

Geez, you guys get Electric Masada doing Masada *and* the Dreamers *and* Essential Cinema all in one day? Day-um! No wonder they had to break it up into two shows.
matfive, maybe if there's a bunch of us we could meet up for a drink before the show(s) or something...
