Looks like a stop over on his way to the US. There's no way I can make it. I'm popping up to london from the south-west a few weeks before for the Einsturzende Neubauten two nighter. Oh well another time maybe!

How did the gig go. Anything unusual to report?

How did the gig go. Anything unusual to report? thrench It was good, yeah! I think I prefer MA solo than with drums, although Balazs Pandi's playing certainly added to the chaos. A solid hours noise though, nothing out of the ordinary though. I missed Nadja, but Dethscalator weren't that good. The venue, for one that had just opened wasn't in a great state. It reminded me of Elektrowerkz / Slimelight.

He's still touring with Balazs Pandi? Didn't expect that.
Did it sound as if both were playing in unision? Or more as if they both just played their own sets next to each other?
Also, did they both play from start to finish or were their some short pauses where one of them played a solo moment?

Both in unison, but also as if they were just doing their own thing as one, if that makes sense? Yeah, MA would bow out a little for BP to "solo" at times, and vice versa. No breaks in the "piece", but definitely co-operation in the improvisation.

Glad to hear that! I was afraid it would sound more as if they're both just accidentally in the same room.
