It seems like Mr. Mike Patton likes to confront himself with "easy listening" (Faith No More and his own stuff) as well as contemporary music: www.hollandfestival.nl/page.ocl?pageID=43&show=4207&language=en-GBAfter performing into the Evying Kang piece "cantus circaeus" here's another tough work by Luciano Berio. A bit odd but stimulating... a way perhaps to get more people interested in a kind of music wrongly deemed for specialists only (until today:-)

I saw that, looks interesting. Can't wait for the Mondo Cane album to come out either, should be this year! ( that said, it has been delayed at least twice already so far! )

What I said here a lot of those 2 concerts were just great and do not regret those 21 hours spent on the bus. We managed to meet Mike Patton again and talk with him more after the concert:) I did a whole concert and there you have a small excerpt: www.youtube.com/watch?v=68VlxwV7pm8

Thanks for the link. Uhm, it reminds me of the "cantus circaeus" piece (written by Evying Kang) he sang for I saw in 2006. I'm not into Berio's music very much but I feel perplexed like then. I prefer Patton dealing with easier stuff because I like the way he acts on stage. I think it's good for him not to stick to just one kind of music though.

er ... there's no revise-button? There should be buttons on the upper right hand corner of your post - quote, modify, delete. "Modify" is the button that will let you revise/edit a post.
